Vashti Perry-Woodford

Vashti qualified as a nurse in October 2000 and has worked her way up to being a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Pain management for the Northwick Park and St. Mark's hospital Trust.

She is currently based at St.Mark's hospital, which is a national and international referral centre for intestinal and colorectal disorders, as one of the Specialist Pain nurses. She concurrently works under the Psychological Medicine Unit as a Clinical Hypnotherapist for Gut related disorders (IBS) and Pain control.

She obtained a qualification from University College London (UCL-2006/7) with a Post Graduate Diploma in Hypnosis applied to Medicine.

Since then she has set up and managed a nurse-led hypnotherapy clinic for tertiary referrals based at St. Mark's hospital.
