The Institute has links with various respected hypnotherapy organisations in the UK and overseas; it's main UK affiliations are:

British Society of Hypnotherapists (Estd. 1950)

The Hypnotherapy Examining Council of the United Kingdom

Recognition of the quality of the Institute's courses has been demonstrated by, among other achievements, the award of CME points from the Royal College of Anaesthetists for its course in "Hypnoanaesthesia" and the selection of Institute staff and training methods for "Hypnotherapy in Nursing" courses provided by the Royal College of Nursing.
